Children’s Healing Facility

Space for care, comfort, and connection.

A sanctuary for children affected by war combines counseling, classrooms, play spaces, and a library around a central courtyard. The proposal explores how architecture can offer comfort, connection, and a sense of stability within a supportive community environment.

A central courtyard organizes the program and creates a shared outdoor heart. Counseling, play, reading, and learning spaces are brought together in a proposal centered on the everyday needs of children and their community.
